Getting Help Inside the App

How We Keep the App Safe

Every build we ship is signed with our own certificate, so your phone verifies the file before it installs anything. We do not push the app through third-party download stores that bundle...

Signed builds

Each release carries a code-signing certificate issued to us, so Android and iOS both check the file before it runs. A modified copy fails that check and will not install.

No side stores

We publish through this page and the App Store only. Nothing we distribute comes bundled with extra apps, and we never ask you to install a second file to unlock the lobby.

Account recovery

Forgot the password? Confirm the mobile number registered to your account, then set a new one from the sign-in screen. Email confirmation follows if you changed the address recently.

Remote sign-out

Lost the phone? Open zt7777 in any browser, go to the account tab and end every active session. The next time the app opens on that handset it asks for a fresh login.

Permission control

The installer asks for notifications, storage and camera access. Each one can be switched off later in your phone settings, and the app keeps working without them at all.

Data in transit

Logins, deposits and withdrawal requests travel over an encrypted connection between your handset and our servers. Card data is never stored on the device, so a lost phone does not expose it.

Data use

A live table in the app streams at roughly 400 MB an hour, close to the browser build. Slots are far lighter at about 60 MB an hour, so a long evening on the reels costs little data.

Battery

The app releases the screen and radio when you are idle in a lobby, which stretches battery life. Browser tabs keep their scripts running in the background and drain noticeably faster over a long session.

Updates

App updates arrive in one tap and reach you within days of a lobby change. Browser behaviour depends on the phone and the browser version, so a fix can take longer to reach every handset.
